For all those Sesame Street lovers out there then here is a CUTE diy birthday party flag bunting banner garland idea for you. This is super easy to make.

Supplies you need:

• White Card Stock
• Scissors-Decorative edge kind
• Ribbon or String
• Printer
• Hole Punch
• Sesame Street Clipart

To make this banner:

Just print your clipart out on white card stock. Cut each image out using your decorative cutting scissors. Use your hole punch and add two holes in each character. Then run some string through the holes and hang it up. And that's it! I told you it was super easy to make. If you are only having a cookie monster party or an Elmo party then you could just use those clipart only for your banner.
